- Shipping costs will vary depending on what you are ordering, how many items you are ordering, and where your order is being shipped to. You can determine the cost of shipping your order simply by adding the desired products to your cart, choosing your country from the "Estimate Shipping and Tax" calculator below, entering your state/province and postal code, and hitting the "Get a Quote" button.
- If the items in your order are in stock and are shipped within the USA, your order will normally be shipped within 24-48 hours of order placement. In the unlikely event there is a major delay, we will let you know. Special order or backordered items can take 4-8 weeks, and we will let you know if an item is expected to take longer than that to ship. International orders require additional customs paperwork, which means that it can take as long as 5-10 business days to ship international orders, plus the actual transit time for the package to reach its destination.
- Orders to be delivered within the United States are shipped using a variety of couriers who are chosen based on how quickly and inexpensively they can deliver a particular package to its destination. All domestic shipments include tracking, and you will receive a message via e-mail with tracking instructions after your order has been shipped. Couriers may not ship to P.O. boxes or other locations without a street address, so please make sure your shipping address includes a valid physical street address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct; otherwise recipients may incur additional "address re-direction" charges imposed by couriers. Delivery estimates are listed as full business days and do not include weekends or holidays (e.g., an order shipped via 2-day service on Thursday will usually arrive on the following Monday).
- For orders shipping outside the United States, we offer shipment via USPS. International customers are responsible for any and all tax, duty, customs, and/or brokerage charges that may be imposed by the courier and/or local government.
- Returns & Replacements
- We want you to be happy with your purchase and will issue an exchange, or store credit, or full refund for the return of Shinza products that are in their original condition and original packaging for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. Limited edition and special order items are not eligible for return. Before returning a product, customers must contact us to obtain a return authorization number. All of our products are warranted to be free from defects for 90 days following the date of shipment. Defective products returned within the warranty period will be exchanged with an equivalent item. When replacement items are not in stock or have been discontinued, store credit will be issued in the item's stead. Unless an error has been made by our shipping department, we cannot be responsible for shipping costs associated with incoming returns or outgoing replacements. We do our best to process returns as quickly as possible, but processing can in some cases take up to ten business days from the day we receive the returned item.
- Sales Tax
- Sales tax is only added to orders shipping to destinations within the state of California. Orders shipping to California addresses are subject to 8.25% sales tax.
- Payment, Pricing & Promotions
- Listed prices are in United States dollars. All transactions are securely encrypted during transmission, and cards are not charged until the day the order ships.
- We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover cards. Provided we are notified in advance, we will also accept pre-payment by cashier's check or international postal money order. We cannot accept credit card payments from certain countries, including but not limited to Albania, Andorra, Belarus, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Hungary, Indonesia, Moldova, Poland, Romania, Russia, Slovakia, and Ukraine. Orders shipped to these countries must be paid in advance by international postal money order.

- You can update your account information by visiting the My Account section and making your desired changes there.
- Privacy
- Unless required by law, we do not share any information we collect with any third parties under any circumstances.
- Sizing Guide
- We are currently working on a comprehensive sizing guide that will eventually include nearly every current notebook in production. In the interim, please measure your notebook's length and width (thickness is usually not a factor) and refer to the following general guidelines for notebook sizing:
